Assistant Service manager/Dispatcher

Responsibilities include:

1- Receiving and schedule service calls from customers.

2-Scheduling techs and tracking their progress through out the day by effectively managing the dispatch board.

3-Scheduling PMs with techs/customers.

4- Assisting the account managers in any need to provide the highest level of service to our customers.

5- Coordinate with service manager on workload and staffing needs.

6- Support billing by ensuring notes, time and materials are entered correctly.

7- Assist warehouse and delivery manager in the tracking of parts and arranging deliveries to the technicians.

8- Requires excellent communication skills and organization.

Pay: $26.00 - $36.00 per hour
