As the Assistant Sourcing Manger, you’ll partner closely with sourcing leadership to support the end-to-end product lifecycle—from development through production while building strong vendor partnerships and driving cost, quality, and timing success.

- Support sourcing programs, including cost analysis, negotiations, and vendor communication
- Assist in managing time & action calendars to ensure on-time product delivery
- Partner with cross-functional teams to track prototypes, samples, and development milestones
- Help evaluate and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance
- Monitor vendor performance and help resolve issues related to quality, pricing, or timelines
- Coordinate fabric and trim development, tracking samples and submissions
- Maintain systems and tools (e.g., Centric) and ensure accurate product data
- Participate in meetings and provide updates on development and sample status
- Build foundational knowledge of sourcing strategy, cost drivers, and production timelines
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Apparel Merchandising, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience sourcing, product development, or supply chain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; exposure to PLM tools a plus
