Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Front Desk Spa Coordinator Assistant to support daily operations at the front desk while contributing to appointment booking, client communication, and retail/service sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves skincare, and is excited to grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and client flow
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email in a timely, professional manner
• Assist in promoting and selling spa services, packages, and retail products
• Support rebooking efforts to maintain consistent client retention
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
• Collaborate with team members to support daily spa goals and growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or spa coordinator role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with sales and recommending services/products
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required)
• Experience with is a major plus (will train)
• Experience with skincare brands like or is a plus
• Cosmetology or Esthetician license (or interest in obtaining one) is a bonus, but not required

Growth Opportunity:

We are open to hiring a licensed or aspiring esthetician who is interested in starting at the front desk while training to eventually take on clients and grow into a treatment room role.
