Assistant Staffing Coordinator/Medication Aide

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

The Assistant Staffing Coordinator plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to perform staffing duties and staffing recordkeeping functions to assist the Staffing Coordinator and Director of Nursing in meeting the staffing needs of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, to ensure that proper staffing requirements are always maintained. The Assistant Staffing Coordinator will be scheduled to work at least three Med Tech shifts per week and will carry the on-call phone at least two days per week.

SHIFT: Sunday-Thursday with regular on call/coverage hours

WAGE: $22-24 per hour
