Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management:

Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory during peak demand periods, and preventing stock-outs or overstocking.

Help with order fulfillment processes, including receiving and organizing incoming stock and preparing items for delivery.

  • Customer Assistance:

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, and addressing inquiries or complaints.

Support sales transactions and handle cash registers accurately.

  • Store Maintenance:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented, including maintaining displays and restocking shelves as needed.

Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold hygiene standards.

  • Administrative Support:

Assist in basic administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, managing inventory records, and coordinating with suppliers for stock replenishment.

  • Promotional Activities:

Help set up promotional displays and assist with in-store events to enhance customer engagement and sales.
