Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Duties

  • Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and pricing strategies
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
  • Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to develop team capabilities
  • Oversee scheduling and shift management to optimize workforce productivity
  • Handle payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records
  • Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the store
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager on budgeting and sales management initiatives
  • Maintain an organized store environment through effective stocking and inventory management practices
  • Utilize POS systems for transactions, sales reporting, and inventory tracking
