Job Summary:

The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the More retail outlet. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily shop operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure team discipline, grooming, and punctuality.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product displays.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports for management.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
  • Train, motivate, and lead shop staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Coordinate with the HR and Accounts departments for attendance, payroll, and compliance matters.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and billing operations.
  • Conduct regular audits of stock, cash, and store assets.
  • Other responsibilities assigned by Store Manager and Management.
