Your Day As An Assistant Store Manager

• You’re leading the front-of-house.
• You check the scoreboard early: productivity, pace, and how the day is shaping up.
• You spot bottlenecks before they become chaos.
• You coach in the moment.
• You reinforce the standard.
• You don’t “hope” people do it right, you make it normal to do it right.
• When someone misses the mark, you address it fast and clean.

Pay: $25 – $30 / hr + performance bonuses (including sales & tire goals)

Bonus potential: strong performers typically earn $200–$1,000+ per month (role-based incentives).
