Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary

ALT FRAGRANCES is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager ( OPEN CONCEPT MALL COUNTER SPACE in CONCORD MILLS MALL ) to help oversee daily operations and drive the success of our retail open concept store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service, ensuring that both employees and customers have a positive experience. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing sales strategies to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Help oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training of new employees.
• Manage inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shrinkage.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to staff for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
