We are seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Cafe Manager to support branch operations and team management while maintaining excellent service standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily cafe operations

Supervise staff and shift activities

Support inventory and stock management

Ensure smooth customer experience

Help achieve operational and sales goals

Maintain cleanliness and operational standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

2–4 years of relevant experience in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality industry

Strong communication and team coordination skills

Ability to work in rotational shifts

Leadership potential with operational understanding

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
