About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of a busy coffee shop. The role involves assisting the Store Manager in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in quality, cleanliness, and team performance.

The ideal candidate should have experience in coffee chains or café environments and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and team performance. 
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, product quality, and store cleanliness. 
  • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals. 
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management. 
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and waste control. 
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. 
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies. 
  • Assist in achieving sales targets, upselling products, and improving store profitability. 
  • Support in implementing marketing promotions and in-store campaigns. 
  • Act as Store Manager in their absence when required. 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in F&B or coffee shop operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role. 
  • Experience in coffee brands or café chains is highly preferred. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. 
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems. 
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). 
  • Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Al Khobar.
