- Check the shop’s condition and be ready to open and close every day.
- Take care of product arrangement (Display / Merchandising) to be in accordance with company standards.
- Check the cleanliness, safety and orderliness of the sales area.
- Help plan staff schedules
- Monitor employee performance to ensure service standards are met.
- Solve immediate problems for customers, provide product recommendations, and control service quality.
- Restock when supplies are low, control expired or damaged products.
- Completed a bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in retail/shop/restaurant/service business will be given special consideration.
- Experience in store management or team management — supervising employees, shift schedules, evaluations, etc.
- Good at solving immediate problems, making decisions
