Assistant Store Manager – Baskin Robbins (San Jose, CA)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to help lead our shop and keep the good vibes (and ice cream) flowing. If you love working with people, staying busy, and being part of a positive team, this could be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver awesome customer service
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Handle cash, inventory, and ordering supplies
• Help train new team members and keep everyone smiling
• Step in to open or close the store as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in food service or retail (management a plus!)
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability – including weekends or evenings
