Job Description

To assist in driving the overall sales performance of the diamond jewellery showroom by leading the sales and marketing teams, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and generating consistent footfall through strategic local marketing initiatives.

The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, supervising day-to-day store operations, motivating the team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience aligned with the brand’s values.

Criteria:

Graduates with 3–5 years of retail sales experience, exposure to both front end sales and store level marketing, preferably in the luxury segment or jewellery industry.

Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
