1. Sales & Business Performance

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets, KPIs, and profitability objectives.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement action plans to address gaps.
  • Assist in executing sales promotions and campaigns to maximize revenue.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to enhance selling skills and customer engagement.


2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Assist in supervising, motivating, and developing store staff.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to retain high-performing staff


3. Customer Service & Experience

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain store standards that enhance the customer shopping experience.


4. Store Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure accurate cash reconciliation, stock counts, and reporting.
  • Maintain compliance with Sharaf Retail and Cotton On policies, including health and safety standards.
  • Assist in implementing operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.


5. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Ensure store layout, displays, and merchandising align with Cotton On visual guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and presentation of merchandise.
  • Support store audits and action plans to maintain standards.


6. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare and submit operational reports, sales data, and performance summaries as required.
  • Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll, and documentation.
