Hot 8 Yoga is GROWING and that means we are expanding our management team!

Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Assistant Managers who love Yoga to join our company.

Previous management and sales experience is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Work 5 Front Desk shifts
• Ensure yourself and team are hitting monthly sales quota
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
• On the job training for front desk and managers on duty
• Tracking studio front desk budget
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll
• Oversee inventory
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
