- Appropriate educational administration degree

Appropriate state licensure

Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience

AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

Provide leadership and direction to the district fiscal management program.
-
Provide leadership and direction to the district’s facilities program.
-
Provide leadership and direction to the district’s support services programs including transportation, child nutrition, maintenance, custodial and grounds, health services, clerical, technology, and student activities.

Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Oversee the development, management, monitoring and reporting requirements of the district business services office.

Administratively supervise athletic programs and extracurricular activities.

Administratively supervise the district's grounds, custodial and maintenance programs.
-
Administratively supervise the district's transportation program.
-
Administratively supervise the district's child nutrition, health services, and technology programs.
-
Administratively supervise district-wide externally funded programs.
-
Assume responsibility for the comprehensive overall planning and scheduling of maintenance and repair requirements of the district.

Prepare and administer the budget for maintenance, grounds, transportation, custodial, food service, and technology operations.

Maintain long-term facilities plans including care of school district buildings, new construction, land, campuses, equipment, and supplies.

Supervise and inspect the improvement and renovation work performed by outside contractors, and verify that the terms of all such contracts have been fulfilled before authorizing final payments.

Disseminate district crises plans and provide in-service to ensure systematic implementation of processes and procedures.

Determine and establish detailed specifications pertaining to supplies, materials, equipment, and local contract work.

Follow the district's purchasing policy when spending district funds.

Keep the superintendent informed of problems and/or potential problems as they arise.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary: Applicable experience and educational level on certified salary schedule with a multiplier of 1.87500
