Assistant Supervisor - Cosmetics Department

Responsibilities:

• Support the Supervisor in overseeing daily operations within the cosmetics department.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing cosmetics products.
• Train and mentor sales associates on beauty trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Assist in managing product demonstrations and promotional events to enhance customer engagement.
• Ensure the cosmetics display area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with current inventory.
• Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving departmental sales targets.
• Help coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as necessary to the Supervisor.
• Stay updated on new product launches and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate.
• Knowledge of cosmetics products and beauty industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
