Job Summary:

Responsible for managing electrical maintenance of the dairy plant to ensure smooth operations, equipment reliability, and safety compliance. The role involves preventive maintenance, breakdown management, utility supervision, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical systems: HT/LT panels, motors, VFDs, control panels.
• Handle preventive & breakdown maintenance of dairy equipment.
• Monitor electrical utilities: DG sets, boilers, chillers, HVAC.
• Ensure electrical safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and train the electrical maintenance team.
• Maintain maintenance records and energy reports.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems in FMCG/dairy
• Troubleshooting, team management, and safety compliance
• Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, CMMS (preferred)

Preferred:

• Electrical Supervisor License (Haryana)
• Safety Certification
