Assistant Supervisor – Stores

JOB PURPOSE:
The primary responsibility of this position is to manage inventory and store operations, ensuring accurate tracking of materials and consumables as they move in and out of the stores.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issue all store items to the production team and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor usage and costs of store items; prepare and submit daily reports.
• Coordinate closely with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Oversee receipt and quantity verification of RG materials for DIP Coater.
• Record material receipts accurately in the system.
• Track consumption of consumables to support inventory control.
• Manage and track returnable and non-returnable goods through the inventory system.
• Coordinate the disposal of cullet and waste materials responsibly.

Education:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, specifically in stores or warehouse management.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is required.
