Key Responsibilities:
· Supplier Management: Identifying, vetting, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.
· Strategic Sourcing: Researching market trends and new suppliers to find the most cost-effective and high-quality options.
· Negotiation: Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.
· Purchase Order Management: Creating, reviewing, and accurately processing purchase orders.
· Cost and Quality Control: Analyzing total cost of ownership and establishing quality standards for purchased items.
· Inventory Management: Collaborating with teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with finance, operations, and other departments to understand requirements and ensure smooth procurement.
Essential Skills
· Negotiation: Skill in obtaining the best prices and terms.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market conditions, costs, and supply chain risks.
· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
· Organization and Planning: Excellent skills in managing multiple tasks and planning procurement activities.
· Qualifications
o Education: A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred.
o Experience: Previous experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
