Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Swimming Pool Technician and play a vital role in maintaining pristine, safe, and inviting swimming pool environments. You will work closely with experienced technicians to ensure pool work is conducted properly, professionally and all safety standards are consistently met. <Responsibilities>
- Assist with routine pool opening, closing and vinyl liner and cover installations. some of the many tasks including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces to maintain water clarity and hygiene.
- Support the inspection and maintenance of pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, and chlorination systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor repairs or adjustments on pool machinery and related equipment.
- Help with water testing procedures to monitor chemical levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Follow safety protocols during all tasks to prevent accidents or hazards around the pool area.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot issues and learn best practices for pool care.

- A valid driver’s license is required, preferably with a good driving record.
- Basic mechanical knowledge of pool systems and equipment components.
- Experience or familiarity with equipment repair and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of pool maintenance routines including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water testing.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Prior service technician experience or related background is a plus but not required; again, training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for record keeping.
