Assistant Teacher

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Teachers with excellent English communication skills and prior experience in handling Grade 1 and 2 students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early education and committed to fostering a supportive and creative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ individual learning needs.
• B.ed Pursing or Completed teacher Female Prefeed
• Conduct interactive classroom activities that promote active learning and student participation.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student curiosity and creativity.
• Plan and conduct daily art and craft activities to support creative development.
• Organize students into small groups to enhance social learning and collaborative skills.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and concerns.
• Address parent feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Support lead teachers in daily classroom management and instructional activities.

Requirements:

• Prior teaching experience with Grade 1 and 2 students is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to engage young learners and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
• A positive attitude, patience, and a team-oriented mindset.
