Assistant Teacher

- Substitution Classes: Take charge of classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring continuity in the learning process.

- Lesson Delivery: Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring students remain on track with their curriculum.

- Student Engagement: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.

- Classroom Management: Maintain order and discipline in the classroom, handling any behavioral issues promptly and effectively.

- Co-Curricular Activities: Participate in and support various co-curricular activities as assigned, contributing to the overall development of students.

- Communication: Provide feedback to regular teachers about student progress and any issues encountered during substitution periods.

- Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with educational best practices.

Qualifications:

- Education: A graduate degree is required. A Bachelor's in Education (B.Ed) is preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school setting. Freshers who are keen to join and learn within the school community are also welcome.
