Assistant Teacher

Job Description

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or GED; Preferably CDA or Associate's Degree in ECE

Must be at least 18 years or older

Must be able to pass a background check

Experience working with children is encouraged

Positive Attitude

Must be dependable

Responsibilities:

Caring for children: may include feeding, may include changing diapers, following lesson plans, documenting children's progress, and caring for child in general.

Lesson Planning aligning with Ohio's Early Learning Development Standards

Observing Children/Developing Goals

Use Teaching Strategies Curriculum & Assessment Tool (will provide training)

Cleaning

Communication with parents and coworkers

**Employees are required to receive trainings once hired-trainings are covered at the cost of the center**

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $1.00 per hour
