Assistant Teacher

## Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team. The Assistant Teacher will support the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities for students. ## Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans
- Support classroom activities and maintain a conducive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
- Aid in classroom and behavior management
- Help with curriculum development and lesson planning
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to provide educational support

## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a classroom setting, daycare, or private school is preferred
- Ability to effectively educate and engage with students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
