Assistant Teacher (Female)

Job description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing educational environment. The ideal candidate will have relevant teaching experience with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development principles. A Montessori qualification is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities in line with early years learning objectives.

* Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.

* Observe and assess children’s development and learning progress.

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

* Promote independence, creativity, and social skills among children.

* Maintain accurate and timely records of student development.

Requirements:

Fresh or Proven experience in early childhood education.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Passionate about working with young children and helping them reach their full potential
