Assistant Teacher (Montessori)

· Assisting the Lead Teacher: Helping the lead teacher in all sorts of environment activities.

· Environmental Support: Keep the classroom beautiful, orderly, and stocked; prepare snacks; clean and maintain materials.

· Observation & Documentation: Recording student progress and needs for the lead teacher.

· Fostering Independence & Peace: Support self-directed activity, model graceful and courteous interactions, and ensure calm transitions.

· Classroom Management: Supervise during teacher absence, handle lunch/recess duties, and ensure safety and harmony.

· Material Management: Ensuring all Montessori materials are complete, in good working order, and available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
