Assistant Teacher- Playschool

Education: Bachelors with either B.Ed/ DElEd/ D.Ed

Experience: 1-2 years (Freshers are Welcome)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the main teacher in day-to-day classroom activities.
• Assist in preparing and organizing learning materials, games, and activities.
• Engage with children during lessons, playtime, and structured activities to support their learning and social development.
• Help children with basic tasks such as eating, using the washroom, dressing, and maintaining hygiene.
• Conduct and assist with art & craft, storytelling, music, and other creative activities.
• Create a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for young learners.
• Participate in funny, engaging games and activities to keep children involved and active.
• Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety.
• Assist in classroom decoration, display boards, and organizing children's work.
• Observe and report any behavioral or developmental concerns to the main teacher.
• Encourage good manners, sharing, and respectful behavior among children.
• Provide individual attention to students who need extra support.
• Help with classroom cleanup and organizing materials after sessions.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, or workshops when required.
• Maintain positive and professional communication with children, parents, and staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Samrala- Chandigarh Road. , Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
