Assistant Team Leader -Credit Card

Rise Finserv is hiring an Assistant Team Leader – Credit Cards (DSA) to support our growing sales team. We are looking for motivated professionals with hands-on experience in credit card sales who are ready to step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Support daily sales activities and target achievement
• Guide team members on product knowledge and sales strategies
• Ensure compliance with bank and company policies
• Report performance updates to management

Requirements:

• Experience in Credit Card DSA sales is mandatory
• Existing team is a strong plus
• Leadership and people-handling skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Immediate joiners preferred
