Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Assistant Technical Project Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects. The ideal candidate will support development teams, handle technical project aspects, and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders. Fresh graduates with strong technical understanding and communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking technical projects
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders for smooth execution
• Support technical project handling, including reviewing requirements, tracking development progress, and participating in code discussions
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
• Identify potential risks, issues, and escalate to senior management
• Communicate updates clearly with internal teams and clients
• Maintain and update project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Understanding of technical projects and basic code workflows
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fresh graduates can apply (training and mentorship will be provided)

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or backend concepts
• Experience or interest in technical project management tools
• Willingness to grow into a Technical Project Manager role
