Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain equipment such as UPS systems, LV panels, switchgears, distribution boards, HVAC units, pumps, and motors.

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.

Respond promptly to faults or alarms, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate issues when required.

Record equipment performance readings using manual logs and BMS systems.

Assist with power load management and ensure proper operation of AC and DC systems.

Support HVAC system operations including temperature control, air handling units, and ventilation systems.

Comply with HSE standards and follow the Permit to Work (PTW) process.

Work rotating shift schedules including weekends and holidays to ensure continuous operational coverage.

Provide temporary coverage for absent technicians in electrical and mechanical disciplines.
