Assistant Title Closer / Title Processor

Overview

Join our rapidly growing title agency as an Assistant Title Closer / Title Processor and play a key role in supporting residential and commercial real estate transactions. This position is responsible for assisting with title processing, document preparation, file management, client communication, and closing support to help ensure smooth and timely transactions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. While experience in title insurance or real estate is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong administrative, customer service, legal, mortgage, banking, or related professional experience who are eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Duties

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and process documents related to real estate transactions
  • Assist with preparing title commitments, title policies, closing packages, and other transaction-related documents
  • Conduct research using public records and other available resources to verify property and ownership information
  • Communicate with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the transaction
  • Assist in resolving title issues, discrepancies, and outstanding requirements
  • Support the closing process by ensuring files are complete and all required documentation is obtained
  • Maintain organized transaction files and accurate records
  • Provide professional and responsive customer service throughout the transaction process
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the title and closing team

Qualifications

  • Previous title, escrow, real estate, mortgage, legal, banking, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and customer service

Pay: $48.00 - $60.00 per hour
