Overview
Join our rapidly growing title agency as an Assistant Title Closer / Title Processor and play a key role in supporting residential and commercial real estate transactions. This position is responsible for assisting with title processing, document preparation, file management, client communication, and closing support to help ensure smooth and timely transactions.
As part of our expanding team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. While experience in title insurance or real estate is preferred, we welcome candidates with strong administrative, customer service, legal, mortgage, banking, or related professional experience who are eager to learn and grow within the industry.
