We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant to Admin to support daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize office documentation, records, and filing systems
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence in a professional manner
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents
Provide administrative assistance to team members as required
Ensure proper handling and storage of confidential information
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure
Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
