Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Assistant to the CEO to support executive-level operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of coordination, managing communication, schedules, and strategic tasks on behalf of the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
· Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs
· Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
· Handle confidential documents and communication with discretion
· Assist in project tracking and follow-ups on CEO directives
· Attend meetings and record minutes when required
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
· Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Skills
· Previous experience in executive assistance or administration
· Understanding of agriculture or livestock industry (bonus)
· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
