Assistant to CEO | Business Development & HR Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and intelligent individual to work directly with the CEO. This role combines Business Development, Human Resources, and Executive Assistance, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and growth-driven environment.

You will be closely involved in decision-making, operations, and company expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistance:

  • Manage CEO’s schedule, meetings, and communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Act as a bridge between CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Assist in sales strategies and client acquisition
  • Maintain and grow professional relationships

Human Resources:

  • Handle recruitment, screening, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR processes
  • Support company culture and internal coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work directly under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Must be based in UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
