Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CFO with internal and external reporting
  • Manage financial documents, payment schedules, reconciliations
  • Coordinate with departments on invoice processing and budget planning
  • Prepare draft reports and financial summaries as needed
  • Support with VAT and compliance documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all financial matters
  • Conduct investment research and assist in preparing financial proposals for investors and internal reviews
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance Department

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of financial documentation, reporting, and MS Excel
  • Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
  • UAE experience preferred
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail
