Assistant to CFO (Accounting)

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant/Assistant to the CFO to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. This role works closely with the CFO and plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial goals.

Duties

• Reports and accepts assignments from the CFO.

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Attention to detail with analytic skills.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Experience in the Transportation/Logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and warehouse industry terminology and operational workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
