Assistant to clinic manager

We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Assistant to support the management team of our premium polyclinic in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the clinic manager with daily operations
  • Coordinating appointments and staff schedules
  • Handling calls, emails, and administrative tasks
  • Following up with patients and partners
  • Supporting marketing and social media coordination
  • Maintaining professionalism and high service standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service
  • Applicants may be physician,dentists,pharmacist,or candidates with healthcare administrative background
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
  • Good computer and multitasking skills
  • Well-presented, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in healthcare or dental and aesthetic clinics is an advantage
