We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Assistant to support the management team of our premium polyclinic in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the clinic manager with daily operations
- Coordinating appointments and staff schedules
- Handling calls, emails, and administrative tasks
- Following up with patients and partners
- Supporting marketing and social media coordination
- Maintaining professionalism and high service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Applicants may be physician,dentists,pharmacist,or candidates with healthcare administrative background
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Good computer and multitasking skills
- Well-presented, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Experience in healthcare or dental and aesthetic clinics is an advantage
