Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to Director to provide administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or an individual with up to one year of experience who is eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordination between departments and ensure smooth communication
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
- Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director
- Maintain records, documents, and filing systems efficiently
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Director
- Support in basic data analysis and report preparation
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Fresh to 1 year of relevant experience (internships acceptable)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude with attention to detail
