Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant to support our Executive Assistant in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires someone who can wear many hats, stay organized under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office tasks
- Prepare and draft professional emails and communications
- Maintain and organize documents, files, and records
- Work with spreadsheets and data using Microsoft Excel
- Help manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Assist with problem-solving and handling time-sensitive tasks
- Communicate professionally with internal team members and external contacts

- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
