Assistant to Jewelry Designer

3R Design Inc is a private label jewelry company that creates and manufactures high-end gold and platinum jewelry for well known brand labels. Complete with a full spectrum facility that incorporates manufacturing from assembly, setting, polishing and finishing in a brand new space.

Responsibilities:

• CAD Design and preparation of existing models
• Preparing 3D printing and waxes for cast
• Tracking customer orders through production to ensure on-time delivery
• Overseeing daily production
• Interfacing with suppliers in the jewelry district (this will involve site visits throughout the week)
• Liaison between different departments ensuring proper flow of production. Assist production team with any time sensitive issues
• Handling loose diamonds and gemstones

Requirements and Skills:

• Jewelry industry experience
• Intermediate experience with Matrix & Matrix Gold
• Working knowledge of Photoshop
• Experience with handling 3D printer / waxes / STL’s
• Bilingual in English / Spanish a plus
• Team Player: team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Customer Focus: Experience in a customer service and operations environment with a desire to provide exceptional service.
• Required to work in person 5 days/week
• Starting salary based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
