Assistant to Owner

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant to Owner to support the daily operations. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office functioning, managing our social media presence, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional administrative support for our 3 companies. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism.

Duties

  • Provide executive administrative support including email management, some invoicing, along with some customer service.
  • Oversee office management responsibilities such as filing, front desk duties, phone etiquette on multi-line phone systems, and maintaining office supplies
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining organized records for easy retrieval
  • Provide customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitorsRequirements
  • Proven experience in administrative roles or as a personal assistant with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in creating social media presence, also with website updates.
  • Strong calendar management skills using Microsoft Outlook Calendar or similar tools
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Office experience including front desk responsibilities, filing systems, data entry, and clerical support
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with proactive problem-solving abilities

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
