NTERIOR DESIGN ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Interior Design Assistant to support a growing Los

Angeles-based interior design studio. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone passionate about interior design and the execution of high-end residential projects.

Part-time: 18–24 hours/week Compensation: $20/hour

THE ROLE

• Work directly with the principal designer as a true right hand
• Gain exposure to both creative and operational aspects of the studio
• Be immersed in daily studio life and project execution
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Ideal candidate is a sponge—quick learner who anticipates needs
• Excited to grow and scale alongside the studio

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source materials from PDC and LA showrooms
• Coordinate vendor pick-ups and drop-offs
• Manage trade accounts and vendor relationships
• Assist on job sites and installations
• Maintain schedule and project logistics
• Support studio organization and operations
• Assist with social media and content creation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong interest in interior design and materials
• Strong personal aesthetic and eye for design
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and resourceful mindset
• Professional communication skills
• Familiarity with LA design resources (plus)
• SketchUp, AutoCAD, or drafting proficiency (plus)

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable car and valid driver’s license
• Based in Los Angeles
• Able to transport samples and small furnishings

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
