Position Summary
The role focuses on providing organization, administrative support, and operational oversight for CCDM’s current and future residential options. Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, managing resident/prospective files, and supporting daily operations, including scheduling and vocational services.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance & Auditing: Conduct annual written audits of residential facilities to ensure compliance with CCDM guidelines and DMHDD regulations.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate files for residents and prospective residents, including proper filing of documentation.
- Operational Support: Oversee paperwork accuracy, assist with vocational services, and manage scheduling/transportation for medical appointments.
- Communication: Correspond with families and support the Executive Director on special projects.

- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage complex records.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient typing/word processing skills.
- Competencies: Ability to work independently under pressure, solve problems, research data, and take initiative.
