Job Summary

We are looking for a highly alert and quick decision-maker for the role of Assistant Trade Manager. The candidate will be responsible for fast and accurate order execution, live trade management, risk monitoring, and client servicing in the Equity and Derivatives markets. This role demands the ability to act decisively during volatile market conditions while maintaining execution accuracy and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trades promptly in Equity & Derivatives (Market, Limit, Stop-Loss orders)
• Take quick and confident decisions during live market conditions
• Actively manage open positions, targets, stop-loss, and trailing exits
• Monitor margins, exposure, and risk in real time
• Assist in implementing trading strategies with strict risk discipline
• Track daily trades, execution quality, and P&L
• Provide trade updates and market information to clients
• Handle client queries related to trades, positions, and reports
• Coordinate with research, back-office, and operations teams
• Ensure compliance with internal trading and risk guidelines
• Support client retention through timely service and follow-ups

Candidate Requirements

• Mandatory: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification
• Strong understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Portfolio & Risk Management
• Working knowledge of technical analysis
• Proven ability to take fast, accurate decisions while executing orders
• High level of alertness during market hours
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work efficiently under market pressure
• Only local candidates preferred
