Assistant Trainer

We are hiring for multiple locations - Chennai, Pondicherry, Trichy, Coimbatore, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore !!!!!

Age Criteria: Below 28 years only !!!!!

Food allowance upto Rs. 3,000/month will be provided.

Free Accomodation will also be provided.

After 3 months of probation is over, you will provided with an opportunity to go abroad to Japan for training purpose, all expenses will be taken care by the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

Pre-Class Practice with Main Teacher (MT):

Ensure sufficient practice is conducted with the Main Teacher (MT) before each class to understand the lesson plan and teaching strategy, ensuring smooth and coordinated class delivery.

Maintain Class Decorum:

Help maintain discipline and order during the class, ensuring a conducive learning environment is upheld.

Non-Interruption During Class:

Avoid any direct communication with the Main Teacher during the class session unless absolutely necessary, to ensure that the lesson proceeds uninterrupted.

Classroom Setup and Material Arrangement:

Ensure that the classroom is properly arranged before each class, with all materials organized and audio/lighting equipment checked for functionality.

Maintain a Neat and Tidy Classroom:

Ensure that the classroom is kept clean and orderly at all times, contributing to a pleasant learning environment.

Awareness of Program Flow:

Be fully aware of the program flow, understanding the schedule, lesson plans, and teaching objectives for the class.

Maintain Rapport with the Main Teacher (MT):

Build and maintain a positive working relationship with the Main Teacher, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Class Preparedness According to Planner:

Organize the classroom and materials in accordance with the weekly planner and ensure everything is ready for the next class.

Class Clearance After Weekly Sessions:

Take responsibility for ensuring the classroom is cleared and reset after the week’s classes, leaving the space ready for future use.

Knowledge of Student Details:

Be aware of important student details, including information about new students. Assist with onboarding new students and ensure their smooth integration into the class.

New Student Name Cards:

Ensure that new students receive their name cards and that they are properly displayed during class.

Active Classroom Involvement:

Show active engagement and involvement in classroom activities, supporting the Main Teacher and students throughout the lesson.

Weekly Material Preparation and Arrangement:

Assist with preparing and organizing the materials for the week, ensuring everything is in place for effective class delivery.

Proper Material Storage:

Ensure that all classroom materials are stored properly and kept where they belong after use.

In-Charge of Bag and Book Distribution:

Take responsibility for distributing bags and books to students in a timely manner, ensuring that everyone receives the necessary materials.

Classroom Cleanliness:

Ensure that the classroom remains clean throughout the session, with a focus on maintaining a hygienic and orderly environment.

Promote Positive Teacher-Student Interaction:

Build positive relationships with students, providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement in a supportive manner.

Prohibition of Mobile Phones:

The use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within the classroom to prevent disruptions and maintain focus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
