Support HDPM performance improvement, assist with DSOM implementation and compliance, and drive Mystery Shopping score growth beyond annual targets and competitors.
Contribute to CXC competitions to enhance distributor’s teams’ customer care and technical service capabilities.
Execute the annual training plan with full commitment, maintain professionalism, and embrace new work challenges within the expanding scope.
Role & Responsibilities
Conduct Technical and Non-technical training

Job requirements
Education
Must hold a bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree is a plus
Related Experience
Minimum 5~7 years of professional experience in automotive manufacturer/distributor with service activities.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience desired.
Cross-functional team management experience is required.
