Job Purpose
The Assistant Vault will support daily vault and receiving operations by maintaining accurate system entries, assisting with material handling, supporting quality checks, and ensuring proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Post and maintain accurate entries in NEO Software for all vault transactions.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking incoming shipments in coordination with the vault team.
- Support sampling activities for received materials as per internal procedures.
- Assist with weighing documentation, reconciliation, and quality control checks.
- Support internal receiving and dispatch operations, ensuring proper records and movement tracking.
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vault operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (any relevant discipline).
- Prior experience in a vault, inventory, warehouse, or operations role is preferred.
- Experience with NEO Software will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of documentation, weighing procedures, and quality checks.
Skills & Competencies

- Physically fit to assist with unpacking and material handling.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
