The AVP - Project Execution will oversee and manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale real estate developments. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and real estate development.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects from concept to handover.
Budgeting & Scheduling

Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely completion.
Compliance & Quality

Oversee site progress and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, legal norms, and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with design, procurement, engineering teams, and external consultants to ensure seamless execution.
Team Leadership

Provide guidance and direction to project managers, site engineers, and contractors to enhance performance and resolve challenges.
Risk Management

Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage issues to minimize project disruptions.
Regulatory Coordination

Liaise with government authorities for timely approvals, permits, clearances, and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
Stakeholder Management

Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, vendors, internal teams, and statutory bodies.
Reporting & Reviews

Analyze project reports, financials, and KPIs; prepare regular progress updates and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. (Master’s degree / PMP certification is a plus)

Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction project management.
